Terms of Use
1. Using Wimz
Wimz is a personal memory tool for physical things. By using the app, website, or related service, you agree to use them lawfully and in accordance with these terms.
2. Your account
Paid backend access uses Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for your Apple account, device access, and the accuracy of information you choose to save in Wimz.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Certain features may require an auto-renewable subscription. Prices, billing periods, trials, and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Apple handles billing, cancellations, and refunds under App Store policies; RevenueCat helps Wimz verify entitlement status.
4. Your saved content
You remain responsible for WiM names, locations, photos, Containers, Reminders, and other content you provide. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or that violates applicable law.
5. Suggestions are not guarantees
Photo and AI features may suggest a description or likely Container. Suggestions can be incomplete or wrong. Wimz is designed around user confirmation, and you are responsible for checking a suggestion before saving or relying on it.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access or subscription controls, interfere with its infrastructure, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use Wimz for unlawful monitoring or surveillance.
7. Service availability
Wimz may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Online account, sync, AI, and purchase features depend on network access and third-party services such as Apple, RevenueCat, and Google Gemini.
8. Disclaimers
Wimz is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. It does not guarantee that a location, suggestion, Reminder, Container record, or service response will always be complete, current, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wimz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Wimz evolves. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised date.
